How often do you find yourself worrying or obsessing about a
problem only to be reminded to give it back to Spirit/God.
It's not difficult when we get caught up in everyday life, to
take back what we have given to our Higher Power.
Even when we know what is best and things will flow easier when
we do this, we may find ourselves engulfed by problems that play
on our minds and heart.
We may ignore signs and advice, and try to do it all by
ourselves. We let others opinions confuse us.
I have found over the years, that when this happens to me, I have
to quickly remember to let it go. Let it go and give it back to
When I do this, I find that the answers come easier. I am able to
see clearer and feel peace.
Then why, if I feel this and know this, do I sometimes take back
what I have given, or worry about things when I know that
everything will be all right?
It takes time and practice, patience and trust, and yes, faith to
let things go and let them flow. We are in a habit of feeling we
have to handle everything alone and work diligently to find
When I let life get ahead of me and I need to slow down I
remember I just need to live in the moment. Nothing more, nothing
I just have to stop and close my eyes. Breathe in deeply and feel
the energy surging through my body, mind and spirit. I have to
remember who I am, what I am, where I am, and that all things
flow in my life, when I allow them.
I will have times when I need a friend to talk to and I may share
a bit of doubt or confusion that is what defines me as human.
Humans tend to think too much or sometimes not enough. Let me
explain that comment. We may spend too much time worrying, and
not enough time creating or manifesting.
So in the mist of confusion and when we feel we may have lost our
way, we only have to reach within ourselves and remember that we
are peace, we do not have to worry, that all things are taken
care of, in divine timing. We must believe, but do our part to
see things come to pass. Reaching in is a key to finding our true
selves, reaching out is a way to share and learn.
When in doubt, go within and believe in yourself and that part of
you that is Spirit/God. You are worthy of all good things and
Spirit is more than willing to share.
