This is a great dip for poultry before

I cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
In a medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.
Add milk, eggs and oil. Beat until well blended.
Makes about 1-1/2 cups
