Cucumber Dill Sauce
Ingredients:
1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded, and minced
1 cup Soy Yogurt
1 teaspoon dried whole dillweed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
Combine cucumber and salt. Let stand 15 minutes. Drain well.
Combine cucumber and remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve with raw vegetables.
Yield:
about 1 cup
