Fast Caesar Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
Group 1
3 large egg whites
1 large garlic clove
4 anchovy filets
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
Group 2
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Place Group 1 ingredients in a food processor or blender. Mix until smooth.
Add the Parmesan cheese. Mix until blended. Chill.
