Middle Eastern Garlic Yogurt Sauce
This sauce goes well with lamb and vegetable dishes.
Ingredients
1 cup unflavored yogurt
1 medium garlic clove or to taste
1/4 teaspoon salt
Makes 1 cup
Directions

Pour the yogurt into a small bowl.

Crush the garlic.
Combine it with the salt to make a smooth paste. Add the mixture to the yogurt and beat until well blended. Taste and adjust the
seasoning if necessary.

Cover and chill.
