Low Cal Creamy French Dressing
½ cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons no salt ketchup
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon prepared mustard, spicy or dijon
2 sundried tomatoes, chopped and blanched (Blanch 1 minute in boiling water to plump the tomatoes.)
Yield: 3/4 Cup
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor. Process using a pulsing motion in order to blend all ingredients, yet retain some tomato texture. Chill 15 minutes before serving.
Store any remaining dressing in refrigerator in a covered container.
