Mango Chili Chutney

Ingredients

Green Mango, not very sour, chopped with little of its skin - 1 cup
Dry chillies - 12
Seed onions - 6
Ginger  - 1 small piece
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 dessert spoon
sugar - 2 pinches

Directions:

Fry chillies in oil and crush with onion and ginger. Mix these and add oil. Add chopped mango and salt. Add sugar.
