Poppy Seed Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon Tamari soy sauce
1/2 cup oil-free Italian salad dressing
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Blend for 10-15 seconds. Chill.
Pour over a fresh vegetable salad and toss to coat.
