1 cup soy milk
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
Blend Group 1 ingredients in a blender or
food processor on high for 5-10 seconds.
Slowly dribble in olive oil, blending for an additional full minute after all of the olive oil has been added. Stop blender and stir in vinegar.
Transfer the mayonnaise into covered container and chill.
