Soy Basic Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

1 cup firm tofu
1/4-1/2 Cup soy milk
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4-1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon barley malt syrup or brown rice syrup {optional)

Directions

Mix all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth. 

Note: You can thin this by adding additional soy milk.

Yield:

1 cup
