Peanut Butter- Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 ripe medium banana
1/2 cup cubed cantaloupe
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup sliced strawberries or raspberries
3/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup plain soy milk
1 cup crushed ice
Directions
Mix the fruits. Blend in a blender or
fruit processor. Fold in the peanut butter. Add the the remaining ingredients and blend to the
consistency of the smoothie you prefer. Serve immediately.
