Craving for a burger; but afraid of the beef? Here is a great recipe that passes on the beef, but not the great taste. The use of turkey and spices for a taste of the Mediterranean in these Greek burgers is just heavenly. The only disadvantage is that once you tasted one you will want another!
2 garlic cloves, minced
Combine garlic and mint in a small bowl and mash. Add yogurt, mix and set aside.
Combine turkey and feta cheese in a mixing bowl. Form into 8 patties and sprinkle with pepper. Broil 5-10 minutes per side or until the turkey is cooked through.
Serve in pita bread with tomatoes, onions and yogurt sauce.
