Banana Shake
Ingredients:
1 ripe bananas
1/4 cup skim milk
1 tbsp. non-fat chocolate syrup or hot fudge
5 ice cubes
1/2 tbsp. sugar (optional)
Directions
Combine all the ingredients, except ice cubes in a covered
blender or food processor. Blend for 30 seconds.
Add ice cubes, two at a time. Cover and blend.
Repeat until ice cubes are gone and process until
smooth or to your liking.
Note: If it is too thick, you can add additional milk.
