2 cups sliced bananas (about 2 large)
1 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1/4 cup shredded sweetened coconut
1/2 cup nonfat or light sour cream
1 can (10 ounces) mandarin orange sections, well drained
Place the bananas, blueberries, marshmallows, and coconut in a medium-sized
bowl. Toss to mix.
Add the sour cream to the fruit mixture. Toss to mix.
Add the oranges, and toss gently.
Cover the salad, and chill for I to 3 hours before serving.
Yields: 6 servings
(per 3/4-cup serving)
