Citrus Breakfast Shake with Yogurt and Honey
Ingredients:
1 cup orange or tangerine juice
1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
fresh mint sprigs for garnish (optional)
Directions
Combine orange or tangerine juice, pineapple juice, yogurt and honey in
a blender. Blend until the desired consistency is reached and the
ingredients are well mixed.
Pour into 2 glasses. Garnish with fresh mint sprig.
