Curried Turkey Dinner

Ingredients:

2 cups cubed Cooked Turkey
1 can (10-1/2ounces) reduced-sodium cream of mushroom soup
1 package (10 ounces) frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 cup seasoned croutons

Directions

Preheat oven to 350'F (175 deg C). 

In an 8-inch square baking dish, place broccoli. Add turkey on the top.

In small bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over turkey mixture. Top with croutons. 

Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.

Yield:

Makes 4 servings.
