Deviled Chicken Breasts
4 7-ounce chicken breast halves, skinned
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons water
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Combine oil, water, vinegar, chili powder, mustard, salt, hot sauce, and Worcestershire
sauce in a shallow bowl. Blend well.
Add chicken pieces. Turn chicken pieces several times
in the spice mix to coat well.
Preheat broiler. Set chicken, bone side up, about 6 inches from heat. Broil 10 minutes.
Turn chicken. Baste with seasoned oil. Broil for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until chicken is white throughout but still moist.
