Dilled Potato Salad
Ingredients:
Group 1
5 cups potatoes peeled, cubed, and cooked (6-7 medium potatoes)
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 Cup chopped green onion, including the green part
3/4 Cup radishes, cut in half and sliced
Group 2
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
Directions
1. Place the ingredients in group 1 in a large bowl. Toss to mix.
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl. Blend well.
3. Pour the mix from step 2 over the potato mixture (step 1). Toss to coat.
Chill and serve.
