Hot Shrimp Marinade
Ingredients:
36 medium shrimp, peeled and cleaned
2 oz. tomato paste
2 tbsp. chili garlic paste
11/2 tsp. ground coriander seed
1-1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1-1/2 oz. tamari
1 oz. mirin
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. olive oil
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together.
Add shrimp, refrigerate a minimum of 6 hours, up to 26 hours.
Rub a nonstick pan with olive oil. Heat
it till it becomes searing hot. Sear the shrimp on the pan one minute on each side.
Serve the shrimp on a baked tortilla chips with a dollop of
guacamole and seared shrimp set on top.

Marinade for 3 dozen medium Shrimp
Servings: 9 servings of 4 shrimps each
