Marzipan Dreidel Cookies
A very popular item during Hanukkah.
Form the dreidel shapes by hand and using a straight edge like a knife. To form the top, use a wood skewer, cut into short pieces, and cover with colored dough.
Chill cookies for at least 30 minutes.
Bake for about 25 minutes.
