Mini Turkey Loaves
1 pound ground turkey
1 small apple, chopped
1/2 cup uncooked rolled oats
1/2 small onion, chopped
2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
I teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
1 teaspoon salt
Vegetable Stir-Fry (see recipe)
1. Preheat oven to 425'F (220 deg
2. Grease 12
(2-1/2--inch) muffin cups.
3. Combine turkey, apple, onion, oats, mustard, rosemary, salt and pepper in large bowl. Press into prepared muffin cups.
4. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned and no longer pink in center.
5. Remove from muffin
cups. Top with cranberry sauce. Garnish as desired.
6. Serve with Vegetable
Stir-Fry (see recipe), if desired.
