Minted Fruit Salad
This salad can be used with a soup, meal or as a snack any time.
Ingredients
1 ripe pear
1 cup strawberries
1 navel orange
1/4 cup Minted Citrus Dressing
1 small head Boston lettuce
Mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
Yields: 4 servings
Directions

Peel and dice orange.

Hull and cut strawberries in
half.

Core and dice pear.
-
Combine the fruits in a bowl with
Minted Citrus Dressing. Chill. Serve on lettuce, garnished with mint leaves.
