Plum Milk Shake
Ingredients:
3 fresh California plums, coarsely chopped
1 cup vanilla ice milk
1/2 cup low fat milk
1/2 teaspoon orange peel
4 ice cubes, cracked
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender. Process until smooth. Serve immediately.
Yield:
3 servings (2/3 cup each)
