White Sesame Seeds - 6 teaspoon
Red chillie - 1
Sesame oil - 4 teaspoon
Urud dal - 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves - a twig
Rice - 1 cup.
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Boil rice with 2 cups water. Spread the cooked rice on a large plate. Sprinkle 3 teaspoon of oil on the rice and allow to cool.
Roast sesame seeds in a dry pan. Let it burst but not become red. In the same pan, dry roast the red chilli and salt. Grind sesame seeds, red chilli and salt and add to the rice.
Roast urud dal and curry leaves in 1 tsp of oil and add to the rice. Mix gently and serve.
