1 pound ground turkey (without skin)
1-1/2 cups bread crumbs
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup tomato sauce
3/4 teaspoon sage
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Dash of poultry seasoning
1. Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
2. Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl.
3. Shape into balls and place on a non-stick baking sheet.
4. Bake 35 minutes until browned.
Note: Add oregano for an Italian flavor.
Makes 4 servings.
