1/2 cup cooked crab meat
1 tomato, sliced
1/2 cup cooked lobster meat
3 ripe olives, halved
1/4 pound (115 gm) cooked shrimp
1/2 cup cooked whitefish
1. Arrange crab, lobster, shrimp, whitefish and tomatoes on a bed of mixed greens. Garnish with olives.
2. To serve, toss with classic French or hot spice salad dressing.
