Zucchini Salad
Ingredients
1 medium zucchini
1 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
1/2 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon wasabi powder
1-1/2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1/16 teaspoon sesame oil
Directions

Cut the zucchini into thin slices.

Combine all ingredients except the zucchini in a medium-size bowl. Add the zucchini slices to the soy mixture; toss to coat. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes, tossing occasionally.

Serve on small chilled plates.
