Lassi

Lassi is a very popular drink from India. It is sometimes called a yogurt drink. And it is also good for you. It is cool for summer, and it settles the upset stomach. A spicy version of the recipe is also available.

Sweet Lassi 

Ingredients:
1 cup yogurt 
4 cups water 
1/2 cup sugar 
Pinch of nutmeg 
Pinch of cayenne to sharpen flavors 
Dash of rosewater 

Directions:
Beat the yogurt and water together with an eggbeater. 
Add the sugar, nutmeg, cayenne, and rosewater to it.
