Love is our greatest need.
Is it our highest most fulfilling state.

or dependent upon the persons we "love"?
Is our love free and unconditional, or is it mixed with various
needs, conditions and demands?
Purifying Gold - Love
Love is a word used in many contexts. It can mean anything from
lust, desire or attachment to romantic love or the highest
Spiritual Love.
The purity of our love can be measured by the happiness it
brings us. When we suffer because of our so called 'Love,' this
means that it is not yet pure. It is mixed with ignorance, need,
attachment, fear, lust, expectation, dependency or other mental
states. These are always the real causes of our suffering when
we 'love.'
Jealousy

to ever leave the house without him.

Create a Harmonious Relationship
Harmonious relationships are the result of inner work, love and
deep respect for ourselves and the other.
Below are some simple basic guidelines for that process.
What we can Learn From the Death of a Loved One
The death of a loved one is considered to be our most painful
life experience. Many of us would prefer to die ourselves rather
than face life without someone who meant so much to us.
If, however, we accept that life is a school, and that every
experience is an opportunity to move forward on our evolutionary
path, there will be some very useful lessons to be gained even
in this most unpleasant experience.
Learning From a Relationship Breakdown
A divorce, separation or, in general, any loss of an important
relationship is a painful experience. . Such pain can seriously
diminish our peace and happiness. We can, however, use this
inner discomfort for our spiritual benefit.
Relationships and Life's Lessons
When we do not get what we want from our relationships, we
often feel hurt, abused, rejected, disappointed, bitter and angry.
We then have a choice to remain in our negativity or seek to use
this as an opportunity for learning more about ourselves and contacting a deeper source of security, self-worth, inner
fulfillment and love within ourselves.
Sincere Trust
Face it, all relationships require work ... an effort to
listen, understand and respond accordingly, appropriately to
build and reinforce more trust. So many times, people let
others down relative to what they say (their word) and what
their actual actions are.
Women's Complaints about Men and Men's Complaints about Women
Throughout 30 years of working with couples and groups, I have
observed that women have the following complaints about men.
Why Your Needs Do Not Get Fulfilled
The one greatest source of tension in relationships is our
need-conflicts. When the other does not behave in a way, which
allows our needs to be fulfilled, we develop negative feelings
toward that person.
Understanding the Sexes
The effort towards attunement with the other sex brings
stability, joy, security and affirmation but is not without
problems and challenges. One main challenge is being able to
understand, respond to and find solutions for the need
differences when they occur.
The Relationship Basics: Connecting Mind, Body & Spirit
Is it realistic to believe that we can be fully connected ~ mind, body and spirit ~ to our
significant other? And if there is a basic connection missing in the beginning, can it develop
over time? What really makes people feel fulfilled in their relationships? These are
questions I have asked myself over and over.
Your Heart is Your Center

Watch Out for the Water!
Two Wall Street Journal reporters have
blown the lid off a little noticed health concern of airline
travel: the quality of water aboard aircraft. Samples of
water from lavatory and galley taps on 14 different airlines
flights revealed everything from E. Coli, salmonella, and
Staphylococcus to the germ that causes Legionnaire's
disease, proving that contamination is the rule, not the
exception. "Almost all of the bacteria levels were tens,
sometimes hundreds, of times above U.S. government
limits," say the authors.
The Cure for Obesity
Currently, obesity is killing 300,000 individuals per year. Clearly,
FDA approved drugs are not working and fad diets and workout routines
are failing! As a result, pharmaceutical companies make fortunes
from unassuming victims who suffer from obesity related illnesses.

into our physical body.
