Fruit & Nut Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 small apricots, peeled and cubed
1 medium nectarine, peeled and cubed
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
2 scoops orange sherbet or fat- free vanilla- flavored frozen yogurt
1/4 cup wheat germ
3/4 cup orange juice
1 cup crushed ice
Directions
Mix the fruits and nuts. Blend in a blender or
fruit processor. Add the frozen yogurt, wheat germ. Blend. Now add the remaining ingredients and blend to the
consistency of the smoothie you prefer. Serve immediately.
