Breakfast Lassi with Nectarine
Ingredients:
2 fresh nectarines, cubed
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon honey
3 ice cubes, cracked
Directions
Place all ingredients except ice in a
blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Add ice and blend until
frothy or till desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.
Yield:
2 servings - 11/4 cups each
