Lassi is a very popular drink from India. It is sometimes called a yogurt drink. And it is
also good for you. It is cool for summer, and it settles the upset stomach. A sweet version of the recipe is also available.
1 cup yogurt
4 cups water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon roasted ground cumin seed
Pinch of cayenne
Beat the yogurt and water together with an eggbeater.
Add the salt, cumin seed, and cayenne to it.
Mix and serve chilled.
