Mixed Fruit Shake
Ingredients
1 banana, chopped
1 cup non/low fat mixed-berry yogurt
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup sliced strawberries or
3 1/2 tablespoons strawberry jam
1/4 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
1/4 cup chopped dates
2 tablespoons wheat germ
6 ice cubes
Makes 2 serving
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender.
Add ice cubes and mix well.
