Herbal Tea: Warm Soy Tea
Ingredients:
½ cup soy milk
½ cup water
1 tsp black tea
Pinch cardamom powder
Pinch ginger powder
Directions:
Combine soy milk and water and bring to a boil.
Add tea and steep for 20 minutes.
Strain; add cardamom and ginger. (Ginger may be omitted in summer for Pitta
types.)
Serves 1
